These grass-fed beef sticks are full of rich, classic flavor. For this batch, our butcher used a traditional recipe instead of our usual nitrate-free version. As a result, these sticks do contain nitrates.

They taste fantastic—just not exactly how we typically make them—so we’ve discounted them here in our “Scratch & Dent” section.
