Power Mix

A mix of greens and reds with all sorts of leaf shapes and textures. The flavors are just as varied—some spicy, some mild, and a hint of sweetness in there too. You’ll find a mix of Chinese cabbage, red mustard, red mizuna, green mustard, and tatsoi, though what you get might change depending on what’s available.

Picked fresh from our farm, it’s as crisp and fresh as it gets!

We grow everything organically in living soil—that’s soil packed with compost, earthworms, and all the good microbes that help plants grow the way nature intended. We stick to organic practices, so no chemical herbicides or pesticides that mess with the soil life.

We give it a rinse after harvest, but we recommend giving it another rinse before eating and keeping it in the fridge. 😊
