Pepper Jack: Aged approx 2-6 months. A tart and spicy Pepper Jack with just the right amount of heat. Just enough chiles to give you a little kick but not so many that they overwhelm your palette. An ideal melter.

We are pleased to be able to offer this cheese from the great Amish folks at Alpine Heritage. Great fresh flavor and super nutritious. If we were to produce cheese on our farm some day, we would want it to taste like these great hand made artisan cheeses.
