An amazing palette of greens and reds in an array of leaf shapes and textures. The flavors are equally diverse—spicy to mild to slightly sweet. Includes Chinese cabbage, red mustard, red mizuna, green mustard, and tatsoi. Varieties are subject to change depending upon availability.

Grown organically in living soil. That means soil with compost and earthworms full of the good microbes that feed the plant the way nature intended. Our organic protocols never include chemical herbicides or pesticides which harm soil life.

We rinse after harvest, and we recommend that you rinse it before eating, and keep refrigerated. 🙂
